1️⃣ Organizer

Metalk is a metaversal social application built on Web3.0 that realizes the value of the platform and the decentralization of community governance via NFT assets. Metalk serves as a platform for users to display their virtual collections, show off their wealth, and dress up their virtual selves. Metalk also provides crypto project teams a platform to effectively manage their communities, perform marketing among other needs. This way, it becomes an exclusively interesting and useful “Metalk Social Media Kingdom” for crypto enthusiasts.

2️⃣ Basketball teams & players

Players:

Eligibility: Collectors who hold any of the above 10 NFTs are eligible to participate in the game.

3️⃣ Airdrops

Collectors who hold any of the above 10 NFTs will receive an airdrop (2,000 $META). There are a total of 2,100 spots (which amount to 4.2 million $META) available until the deadline.

4️⃣ Players

Collectors who hold any of the above 10 NFTs (regardless of the quantity) will be eligible to shoot the ball and mint an MNS (Metalk Name Service, which is similar to ENS). Before the pre-sale of Dialoger - Metalk Genesis Mystery Box, snapshot will be performed by Metalk team so that the addresses of MNS holders will be included in the whitelist for the pre-sale of Dialoger - Metalk Genesis Mystery Box.
MNS Mint Price: 0.05 ETH
Mint2Earn:
The first 2,100 mint addresses will be rewarded with an additional 0.1 ETH, redeemable once for every 200 addresses that fit the requirements.
MVT - Most Valuable Team:
MVT evaluates the team's total score. Any player who shoots once (i.e. mint one MNS) will contribute ➕ 1 point to the team's total score.
The team with the highest score after the game will be awarded "Most Valuable Team". All holders who are part of the winning team will be rewarded with 2,000 $META each.
MVP - Most Valuable Player:
MVP assesses a player's participation rate. Participation rate = number of shots taken / total number of NFTs held in an address.
A player with a high participation rate from both CryptoPunks team and BAYC Team will be selected and awarded "Most Valuable Player" after the game. All holders who participate in the "Best Player" shots will be rewarded with 2,000 $META.

5️⃣ Audience

During the basketball game, the NFT avatars supported by Metalk can be used as an audience to cheer for the players. Some lucky audience members will get whitelisted for the pre-sale of Dialoger - Metalk Genesis Mystery Box.
